Welcome to another jottings from your SP.

Naturally our effort is to make Thrissur District a better and peaceful place to live in; where people can move about in any place without fear of an attack by anti-social elements; where they can drive their vehicles without a rash driver jamming his vehicle into theirs; where ladies can travel the streets of the area without being molested or troubled. Though we do not claim 100% succession in our endevours (which is not humanly possible also) we are now able to say that atleast something has been achieved. Alot of anti-social elements have been putbehind bars and have been brought under control of the law. Youngsters are slowly realising that crime does not pay. We will continue our work in spite of all odds.

Now it is the turn of the Citizens. You have seen the large number of youngsters thronging at the funeral of the anti-social elements. I do not understand whether they do it for the thrill of it or for the daring adoration of the daring deeds of the criminal or because they are one's willing followers. It is definitely bad. It is the duty of all parents, social organizations, political organizations etc to wean away the youngsters from this dangerous trend. On behalf of the peace-loving Citizens of the District I do sincerely and earnestly hope that they will succeed in the endevour.

Recently, we have been able to apprehend some notorious anti-social elements engaged in crimes like dacoity, armed attacks etc. we promise the citizens that we will continue this efforts unabated.
